As a coach & movement therapist, it is an inspiration & honour to support you on your unique healing journey. I embrace a holistic approach to personal transformation, tending to the body & emotions, in connection to the heart, mind & spirit.
My own life journey with healing has been a profound ground of embodied learning - I am forever grateful to have found success in a natural path to wellbeing in dealing with challenging physiological issues as well as anxiety & depression, as a result of early trauma.
Alongside my accumulated years of personal body wisdom & 30 years of practice in meditation & Qigong, my formal training as an Integrative Health Coach & Qigong Instructor includes trauma informed movement therapies; Certification in Positive Neuroplasticity; Chinese Food Medicine; Remedial Massage; & Certification as a Gut & Psychology Syndrome Practitioner.
It is my experience that the ‘medicine’ of prescriptive Qigong movements, in combination with appropriate dietary & lifestyle practices, offers a profoundly supportive platform for achieving the long term wellbeing you deserve.

Medicine Woman Coaching & Therapy offers you holistic strategies for healing.
The Integrative Coaching model I work from is based on Chinese Medicine principles, in recognition that ALL aspects of a person must be considered in relation to health & wellbeing – body, mind, emotions and spirit.
Physical, emotional and energetic influencers all have significance to the issues you are experiencing - there is much more than the physical body to consider in exploring wellbeing. Your current health picture reflects your relationship to your world both past and present.
My work with you will focus on discovering what is out of balance in your life, and bring awareness to what is needed. We will work together using a range of holistic strategies to support you back into the balance of your integral Self.
The ‘Medicine Woman’ approach reminds us that ‘Medicine’ is not always in the form of a pill or potion. The soul and spirit cannot be seen as separate from health, nor can the emotions and feelings. I find a very open minded approach is best in what healing might look like, especially in chronic conditions. The ‘prescription' becomes a collaboration of diet recommendations and lifestyle adjustments, with specific movement practices &/or meditations to suit your individual needs. Supplemental support may also be recommended where needed, and Prescriptive Qigong can also be incorporated specific to your needs.
